WHAT ARE YOUR TYPICAL TURN AROUND TIMES?
Project time frames will be different with every client and can be dependent on response time (revisions, content, etc.) and require a set schedule prior to starting your project. Rush services are available at an additional cost if necessary.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES & METHODS ACCEPTED?
Payment for services is submitted through an invoice. All branding project payments are due in two parts, a 50% non-refundable payment is due prior to work beginning and to hold your place. The second half of the project payment is delivered before your website is launched or before you receive the final product. Depending on the complete total cost, various payment options are available. All print costs are due before any items are sent to the printer.
DO YOU HOST THE WEBSITES YOU DESIGN?
No, the domain name and hosting services must be purchased by client and setup prior to starting my services. The Imaginative ME is not responsible for server downtime, email issues, software issues, or any other compatibility issue that you may arise after the launch of the site. We recommend that you use bluehost.com, godaddy.com, or hostgator.com for your domain purchase and hosting services. The Imaginative Me website package does not include future WordPress CMS update compatibility issues for your site, but does offer website maintenance for updates (recommended every 6-12 months), for an additional cost. After the launch of the site all sales are final and all additional work will be quoted and billed at an hourly rate (currently 50$ per hour). Client must provide The Imaginative ME with FTP access to their server as well as login information for WordPress.
HOW DOES THE DEVELOPMENT WORK?
I work with you, the client, to bring your ideas to life. I want to make sure that you are included in the process, and I will do my best to inform you of the steps as well as to help stay on schedule with the desired launch time. Please note that some time issues arise that may set back the launch time. All times are estimated and are goals that we have come up with together.

WHAT IF I AM UNSATISFIED WITH THE END PRODUCT?
At the beginning of the design process I will do a consultation with you to make sure that our styles are on the same page and we will be able to work together to create your brand. When you purchase a package you will pay a 50% non-refundable deposit. If you feel we are not creating the design and look that you wanted to achieve, you will not be required to pay the remaining balance. Though you should know I don't ever want this to happen!
HOW SOON CAN YOU START MY PROJECT?
I am only able to take on approximately 4 clients a month to ensure a quality product and that everyone ends up with an end result which they are enamored with. It will also depend upon my schedule as well as when yours, I never want to rush through a project and care to give focus on each clients end goal and brand. Some web and brand packages may take up to 3 months for completion and may set back future projects. I try my best to stay on schedule but cannot guarantee strict time frames. My number one priority is customer service. I will go the extra mile, I am a perfectionist and will accept nothing but the best from myself. I spend the time getting to know my clients so that I am able to build their brands as well as work with them to grow their business beyond their expectations. I work to make each project I work on both individual and not to be forgotten.
WHAT ARE YOUR SET BUSINESS HOURS?
I want to respect my clients time as well as my family’s time and have set office hours. You can email or call me Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm CST. I will typically respond to any after hour emails the following business day.
